Decree unanimously modified on the law to the extent of allowing appellant, Chemical Bank New York Trust Company, as trustee, paying-over commissions, with $50 costs and disbursements to all parties filing briefs hereon, payable from the trust estate, on the authority of Matter of Moulton ( 1 A.D.2d 771) and Matter of Culver ( 294 N.Y. 321).
