Matter of David

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Oct 22, 1998
92 N.Y.2d 941 (N.Y. 1998)

Opinion

Decided October 22, 1998

Appeal, insofar as taken from the Appellate Division order denying appellant's motion for "reargument or reconsideration," dismissed without costs, by the Court sua sponte, upon the ground that such order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that no substantial constitutional question is directly involved.
