DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having been presented to the Court on the report of the Disciplinary Review Board recommending that A. DAVID DASHOFF of VOORHEES, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1976, be publicly reprimanded and that he be placed under proctorship for at least six months,

And the Court having determined to adopt the report of the Disciplinary Review Board, subject to the limitation that final discipline shall consist solely of a public reprimand;

It is ORDERED that A. DAVID DASHOFF is publicly reprimanded for the pattern of neglect exhibited by his failure to complete legal matters for three of his clients and as more fully set forth in the report of the Disciplinary Review Board; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent is to reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs arising out of the prosecution of this matter.
