On review of submissions pursuant to rule 500.2 (b) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals (22 N.Y.CRR 500.9 [g]), appeal dismissed, without costs, for mootness. In view of the fact that the election has been held, the issues presented are moot (cf. Matter of Dusanenko v Le Fever, 56 N.Y.2d 536).
