October 1, 2002.

Appeal from an order of Family Court, Jefferson County (Hunt, J.), entered September 19, 2001, which, inter alia, adjudged that Dakota B. is a neglected child, placed respondent under the supervision of petitioner for a period of one year, directed respondent to follow certain terms and conditions, and placed the child in the custody of petitioner for a period of one year.
