DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
JOHN W. DAILEY of Gloucester City having been ordered to show cause why the temporary suspension, imposed by the order of this Court of January 27, 1981, should not be continued pending final disposition of the ethics matters before the Disciplinary Review Board, and why an order should not be entered directing the Division of Ethics and Professional Services to take appropriate protective action on said attorney's files, records and practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) and placing restraints on the disbursal of funds from all bank accounts maintained pursuant to R. 1:21-6, and no appearance having been made on the return date of said order to show cause, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of JOHN W. DAILEY, imposed by order of this Court dated January 27, 1981, be continued pending final disposition of all ethics complaints against said respondent, and until further order of this Court, and it is further
ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take appropriate action to gain possession and control of the legal files and records of JOHN W. DAILEY wherever situate pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b), and it is further
ORDERED that all funds presently existing, in any New Jersey banking institute maintained by JOHN W. DAILEY, pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed except upon application to this Court, for good cause shown, pending further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that JOHN W. DAILEY is continued to be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law pending further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
