In a proceeding to obtain custody of three infant children, respondent moves to stay appellant, pending this court's determination of an appeal from the order awarding custody to respondent, from proceeding with the Bar Mitzvah of one of the children, William, and from continuing to provide him with Hebrew instruction preparatory to such Bar Mitzvah. Motion granted to the extent of staying the Bar Mitzvah pending the determination of the appeal; in all other respects, motion denied. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
