March 20, 1952.

Appeal from Surrogate's Court, Greene County.

Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Bergan and Coon, JJ.


The court below held that the evidence does not justify a conclusion that respondents converted any of the decedent's property to their own use. We agree with that conclusion. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondents payable out of the estate.
