Appeal from order denying application of appellant for a certificate, pursuant to section 57 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, that it is reasonable that the crime charged should be prosecuted by indictment, dismissed, upon the ground that the order is not appealable. ( People v. Le Tang, 273 App. Div. 811, and case cited therein.) Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
