Order denying motion of appellant to vacate a subpoena directing her to appear and to give evidence in the matter of the investigation of a claim filed by her against the respondent, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
