DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that PETER J. CORUZZI of Haddonfield be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and R. 1:20-4(b), and good cause appearing

It is ORDERED that PETER J. CORUZZI be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that PETER J. CORUZZI show cause before this Court on Tuesday, September 14, 1982 at 10:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District IV Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esq., or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that PETER J. CORUZZI be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulation of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
