Decided April 4, 2000.


On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Robert M. Corning, Sr. is suspended with pay, effective immediately, from the office of Justice of the Ovid Town Court, Seneca County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Bellacosa, Smith, Levine, Ciparick, Wesley and Rosenblatt concur.
