Motion for consolidation granted insofar as to allow appellants to have the appeals heard in one appeal book, without duplication of printing, and to dispense with the printing in the record on appeal of Exhibit "A" on condition that five copies thereof are filed with this court on or before the Wednesday preceding the first day of the term for which the appeals are noticed for argument. Petitioner-respondent may file and serve a consolidated brief, if he is so advised, or may have 15 days for his answering briefs from the time of the service of the appellants' brief.
