Order striking out the two separate defenses contained in the answer of defendant village of Mamaroneck and appointing commissioners to ascertain and determine damage affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Scudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
