Appeal from Surrogate's Court of Kings County.


Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, payable by the appellant personally. Appeal from an order of said court denying an executor's motion to vacate in part a notice of examination of the executor in respect of the conduct and management of the affairs of a corporation, the entire common stock of which was owned by the decedent, and of which corporation the executor is a director. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, payable by the appellant personally, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
