ORDER

An order to show cause why DONALD E. CLARICK of New Brunswick should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the disposition of an ethics complaint filed with the Middlesex County Ethics Committee having been entered on January 10, 1978, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that said DONALD E. CLARICK be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending resolution of the complaint against him and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said respondent comply with all the Regulations of the Supreme Court Governing Disbarred, Suspended or Resigned Attorneys.
