In a mandamus proceeding, order denying petitioner's motion to require respondents to substitute another attorney in the place of the corporation counsel affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Davis, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
