Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Van Voorhis, JJ.


Decree, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by awarding in Damage Parcels Nos. 22, 22B and 22F, $2.80 a square foot for 19,761 square feet on the east side of Broadway and by reducing the award for the improvement on Damage Parcel No. 33 to $2,500 and, as so modified, affirmed, with costs to the successful parties. Settle order on notice reversing findings and conclusions inconsistent herewith and containing such new findings as are necessary.
