The H.J. Rogers Realty Corporation, as owner, appeals from an order directing it to pay to the mortgagee the sum found to be the surplus produced by certain mortgaged property for the six months' period ending October 31, 1941, pursuant to the provisions of section 1077-c of the Civil Practice Act. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
