Award reversed, and claim remitted, with costs against the State Industrial Board to abide the event, on the ground that claimant had demonstrated an earning capacity, and should have an award based thereon. Van Kirk, P.J., Hinman, Whitmyer and Hasbrouck, JJ., concur; Hill, J., dissents on the ground that the claimant was shown to have no earning capacity.
