Matter of Christopher S

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 14, 1997
243 A.D.2d 570 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

October 14, 1997

Appeal from the Family Court, Queens County (Lubow, J.),

Ordered that the order of disposition is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

Contrary to the appellant's argument, the petition was facially sufficient and thus not jurisdictionally defective ( see, Matter of Rey R., 188 A.D.2d 473).

The appellant's remaining arguments are without merit.

O'Brien, J.P., Santucci, Joy and Altman, JJ., concur.
