Matter of Chris C

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Mar 31, 1998
248 A.D.2d 329 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998)

Opinion

March 31, 1998

Appeal from the Family Court, Bronx County (Alma Cordova, J.).

The court's fact-finding determination was not against the weight of the evidence ( see, People v. Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490). Inconsistencies in testimony and other matters relating to credibility were properly presented to the trier of facts and we see no reason to disturb its findings.

Concur — Sullivan, J. P., Rosenberger, Nardelli, Rubin and Saxe, JJ.
