In proceedings supplementary to judgment, the judgment debtor appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 15, 1961, denying his motion: (1) to settle his account with the judgment creditor on the basis of the accounting proposed by the debtor; (2) to correct the receiver's accounts theretofore approved by the court; (3) to discharge and direct satisfaction of the judgment; (4) to direct the return of surplus payments; and (5) to dismiss and close the supplementary proceedings. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
