220 A.D.2d 513 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

October 10, 1995

Appeal from the Family Court, Kings County (Ambrosio, J.).

Ordered that the order of disposition is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Thompson, J.P., Copertino, Hart and Goldstein, JJ., concur.
