Appeal from an award for disability compensation. Claimant was employed as a baker for many years. He became disabled as a result of asthma contracted by exposure to lard fumes, flour and other ingredients used in his occupation as a baker. The State Industrial Board found that he became disabled from an occupational disease and there is substantial evidence to sustain this finding. The Board also found that he became disabled in January, 1940, long after the effective date of the statute providing for compensation in cases of disability arising from occupational diseases, and there is evidence to sustain this finding. Award unanimously affirmed with costs to the State Industrial Board.
