DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court, recommending that PETER M. CERVANTES of BUSHKILL, PENNSYLVANIA, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1976, be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, and he having orally consented thereto, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to R. 1:20-4(i), PETER M. CERVANTES is temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that PETER M. CERVANTES be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that PETER M. CERVANTES comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
