Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the order affirming the order granting a stay of arbitration, denied and, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the order affirming the order denying the motion to vacate the stay, dismissed upon the ground that the order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution.
