DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This Court, by its order of March 13, 1989, having immediately temporarily suspended ROBERT E. CASSIDY formerly of PASSAIC, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1978, from the practice of law, and having directed ROBERT E. CASSIDY to show cause why his suspension should not continue; and ROBERT E. CASSIDY having failed to appear on the return date of the order to show cause, and good cause otherwise appearing;

It is ORDERED that the suspension of ROBERT E. CASSIDY from the practice of law is continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaint against him and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
