ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having reported to this Court that DENNIS J. CARRIGAN of Gloucester City engaged in an association with a non-lawyer and failed to maintain proper financial records in violation of DR 3-101(A) and DR 9-102 and having recommended that said DENNIS J. CARRIGAN be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year and that he be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of stenographic transcripts prepared in this matter and this Court having reviewed the record submitted herein pursuant to R. 1:20-4(a) and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that DENNIS J. CARRIGAN be and hereby is suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year and until the further order of the Court, effective July 9, 1979; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said DENNIS J. CARRIGAN as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further

ORDERED that DENNIS J. CARRIGAN reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts in this matter; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
