Matter of Carlos

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Apr 18, 1995
214 A.D.2d 431 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

April 18, 1995

Appeal from the Family Court, New York County (Sara Schechter, J.).

For the reasons stated in Matter of Deshone C. and Matter of Mark M. ( 207 A.D.2d 756, lv denied 85 N.Y.2d 801), there is no merit to appellant's contention that the juvenile delinquency petition was jurisdictionally defective.

Concur — Sullivan, J.P., Rosenberger, Wallach, Kupferman and Nardelli, JJ.
