Appeal from Workmen's Compensation Law.

Present — Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss, Schenck and Foster, JJ.


There is competent evidence in the record which establishes the fact that claimant is a physically disabled child and that his disability is total and permanent. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board.
