ORDER

The Supreme Court having heard argument on this matter and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that THOMAS P. CALLIGY of Hoboken be temporarily suspended from the practice of law and that he is restrained and enjoined from practicing law except insofar as is necessary to perform the duties required by his position with the Law Department of the City of Hoboken, effective immediately and until further order of the Court.
