DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

A complaint charging LOUIS N. CAGGIANO of Maple Shade with unethical conduct having come before this Court, and said LOUIS N. CAGGIANO having been ordered by this Court to show cause why he should not be disbarred, and he having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that LOUIS N. CAGGIANO of Maple Shade be disbarred and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys of this State, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that LOUIS N. CAGGIANO be and hereby is permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take such action, pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b), as may be deemed appropriate.

I hereby consent to the form and entry of this order.
