ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that VICTOR B. BULLEN of Seaside Heights be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(f) and (i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that VICTOR B. BULLEN be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that VICTOR B. BULLEN show cause before this Court on Tuesday, September 12, 1978 at 10:00 A.M., in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the Burlington and Ocean Counties District Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that Robert E. Cowen, Esq., or his designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that VICTOR B. BULLEN be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
