Opinion

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend CALLIS N. BROWN of Woodcliff Lake from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on January 31, 1980 temporarily suspending CALLIS N. BROWN from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on March 17, 1980 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District II Ethics Committee, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of CALLIS N. BROWN, imposed by order of this Court dated January 31, 1980, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said CALLIS N. BROWN be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
