ORDER

The Division of Ethics and Professional Services of the Administrative Office of the Courts having petitioned the Supreme Court for an order temporarily suspending CALLIS N. BROWN of Teaneck from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and R. 1:20-4(b) and for certain restraints on said attorney's business and trust accounts pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that CALLIS N. BROWN of Teaneck is temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that all funds in any trust accounts presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution maintained by CALLIS N. BROWN, pursuant to R. 1:21-6(a)(1), relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed pending further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that CALLIS N. BROWN show cause before this Court on Tuesday, February 19, 1980 at 10:00 a.m., in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District II Ethics Committee and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that CALLIS N. BROWN show cause before this Court on the date and at the place aforesaid why all his business and trust accounts presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution relating to his law practice should not be disbursed pending further order of this Court. Such restraint to specifically include, but not to be limited to, Accounts # 302 971 0 and # 302 970 8 at the Midland Bank and Trust Company, 80 West Street, Englewood, New Jersey or any branches thereof; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising CALLIS N. BROWN's law practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further

ORDERED that said CALLIS N. BROWN is hereby restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
