Motion under section 309 of the Surrogate's Court Act for an order granting leave to appellants to offer further affidavits and documentary evidence, and to have the same added to the record of accounting proceedings and as part of the filed papers on the appeals. Motion denied, without costs. (See Matter of Knowlton, post p. 864, decided herewith.)
