During the pendency of this disciplinary proceeding, respondent submitted his resignation from the office of attorney and counselor at law. Resignation accepted; respondent's name struck from roll of attorneys. Beldock, Acting P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
