Appeal from the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Eleventh Judicial District.


On the court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable William C. Brennan, Jr., is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Eleventh Judicial District, pursuant to NY Constitution, article VI, § 22 (f), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (b), (c).

Concur: Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judges JASEN, MEYER, SIMONS, KAYE, ALEXANDER and TITONE.
