Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Untermyer, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.


Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by increasing the allowance to the attorney for the trustee from five per cent to ten per cent of the recovery had and to be had on the general claim against the Superintendent of Insurance, as Liquidator of the Bond and Mortgage Guarantee Company, and by increasing the allowance of Robert H. Armstrong for his services in making an appraisal to $750, and as so modified affirmed. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
