DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter having been heard by this Court on the return date of the Court's Order of November 10, 1987, directing that DAVID S. BOK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1984, show cause why the immediate suspension and restraints imposed by Order of this Court should not continue pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints pending against him and further 2) why the funds restrained from disbursement by this Order should not be transferred by the banks who are the present custodians to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund and DAVID S. BOK having made no appearance on the return date of this Court's Order to show cause and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of DAVID S. BOK from the practice of law is continued until the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that any funds presently existing in any New Jersey financial institution maintained by DAVID S. BOK pursuant to R. 1:21-6 shall be restrained from disbursement and shall be transmitted to the financial institutions who are the present custodians of such funds to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the Office of Attorney Ethics continue to take such protective action, pursuant to R. 1:20-11(c), as may be appropriate, with respect to the files, records, practice and trust assets of DAVID S. BOK wherever situate, pending the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that DAVID S. BOK continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that DAVID S. BOK continue to comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
