Appeal from Public Service Commission.

The railroad was charged with violating section 54-a R.R. of the Railroad Law for operating trains outside yard limits without a full crew. The complaint was dismissed by the Public Service Commission. Determination unanimously confirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements.
