Appeal from a judgment (denominated order) of Supreme Court, Monroe County (Galloway, J.), entered May 21, 2002, which, inter alia, granted respondents' cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the CPLR article 78 petition and awarded costs and disbursements to respondents.
