Appeal from Workmen's Compensation Board.

Present — Foster, P.J., Bergan, Coon, Halpern and Imrie. JJ.


The board's finding that the brother of the decedent was not a dependent within the meaning of the Workmen's Compensation Law was supported by substantial evidence. Decision and award unanimously affirmed, without costs.
