Matter of Benjamin

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Mar 9, 1971
36 A.D.2d 702 (N.Y. App. Div. 1971)

Opinion

March 9, 1971

Order of the Family Court of the State of New York, New York County, entered May 19, 1970, unanimously affirmed, without costs and without disbursements. This is not to say that it is a happy solution of the problem facing the court to have the youngster here involved committed to the State training school, but, as yet, the Legislature has not, as we have heretofore suggested, provided a better place to which to send him for supervision and treatment. ( Matter of Lloyd, 33 A.D.2d 385.)
