Motion by appellant to stay operation of contempt order and to be released from imprisonment thereunder, pending appeal. Motion granted on condition that appellant file an undertaking for $10,000, with corporate surety, to comply with said order in the event that it be affirmed or modified or in the event that the appeal be dismissed. Motion by appellant to prosecute appeal on the printed record used on the prior appeal ( Matter of Benedict, 13 A.D.2d 511) and on printed copies of all subsequent papers. Motion granted on condition that appellant submit at least six copies of the printed record on the prior appeal. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
