Order entered June 26, 1942, unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion to vacate the order entered on or about July 1, 1941, granted. (See Lien Law, § 20; Cons. Laws, ch. 33.) Appeal from order entered September 10, 1942, dismissed without costs.
