Opinion
November Term, 1900.
Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
The questions presented by this appeal are precisely the same as those raised by the appeal In the Matter of Fox or East One Hundred and Fiftieth Street, herewith decided ( ante, p. 479), in so far as that appeal relates to the award to the McConvill estate. For the reasons stated in the opinion delivered in that case, the order of the Special Term here appealed from must be affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Van Brunt, P.J., O'Brien, Ingraham and Hatch, JJ., concurred.
