Matter of Beaton v. Crime Victims Board

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Mar 30, 1995
213 A.D.2d 354 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

March 30, 1995

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County [Fern Fisher-Brandveen, J.].

Since petitioner failed to produce any documentation of lost earnings at the hearing, respondent's determination that he had no lost wages is supported by substantial evidence (see, Matter of New York State Dept. of Audit Control v. Crime Victims Compensation Bd., 76 A.D.2d 410, 414).
