ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW PETITION TO SHOW CAUSE
On January 17, 2007, the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission filed a "Verified Petition To Show Cause Why Respondent Should Not Be Suspended For Failure To Cooperate With The Disciplinary Process." The Court issued an "Order To Show Cause" on January 22, 2007. On January 25, 2007, the Commission filed a "Verified Motion to Withdraw Commission's Petition To Show Cause Why Respondent Should Not Be Suspended For Failure To Cooperate With The Disciplinary Process," stating Respondent had, in fact, cooperated in a timely manner with the Commission. The Commission therefore moves to withdraw its petition to show cause with no costs taxed to Respondent.
This Court, being duly advised, now GRANTS the Motion. The Commission's petition to show cause is deemed withdrawn. No costs shall be taxed to Respondent.
The Court directs the Clerk to forward a copy of this Order to Respondent or Respondent's attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
